The purpose is to facilitate MPHA’s role in advancing health equity in Minnesota by convening public health professionals to learn about equity efforts, share promising practices, and document as appropriate; with the Policy Committee, to monitor legislative activity and offer policy analysis related to equity and health; and to connect with other APHA affiliates to learn and share health equity efforts.
