Healthy Neighborhoods for a Healthy You: 
Walk Meetup at Lake Harriet / Virtual

When our neighborhoods are healthy, we have the building blocks for healthy lives. That's why the American Public Health Association and the Minnesota Public Health Association are focusing on  Healthy Neighborhoods  during National Public Health Week. 

As Part Three of the neighborhood assessment events, we invite you to join Membership & Communications Committee member Natasha Kataeva for an informal walk around Lake Harriet in Minneapolis. According to AllTrails, it takes an average of 49 min to walk around the lake, so there will be time for meeting up, walking, and chatting afterward. 

Can't make it to this event? You can still participate on your own! A good distance goal for folks is walking 1 mile; you can walk more if able. Bonus points if you invite a neighbor or friend to join you!
