Join MPHA after the January Policy Forum, in a conversation to learn more about the State Innovation Model Grant and Accountable Communities for Health. 


An overview of the State Innovation Model Grant and Accountable Communities for Health will be presented by Diane Rydrych, Director, Division of Health Policy, MDH. 

 There will be a panel discussion on the role of public health and community engagement.  Some of the panel members include: Lars Negstad, Strategic Campaigns Coordinator for ISAIAH and Patty Bowler, Director of Policy and Community Programs at the Minneapolis Health Department.
