Reservations must be made directly with Hotel reservations prior to the Cut-Off Date. All guests should identify themselves as a member of Organization’s group Minnesota Public Health Association in order to obtain the Organization’s rate. Hotel will accept reservations from attendees after the Cut-Off Date only on a room type- and rate-available basis. Reservations for attendees must be received on or before Thursday, April 11, 2024 (“Cut-Off Date”).
Room Rates: $149.00
Parking: Parking is available, on a first come first serve basis, in the attached ramp for a fee of $22.00 plus tax per day for all overnight guests. This fee does include in and out access per 24 hour period and is subject to change. Hotel does not own, manage or operate the parking ramp.

Parking
Please allow plenty of extra time for parking and finding your way to the Coeur de Catherine building, where the conference is located.
Conference attendees should park in any of the 3 major parking lots: the O'Shaughnessy Lot, the Library Lot, or the Dew Drop Lot. The Dew Drop Lot is the largest, most convenient lot. Conference attendees may park anywhere that isn't labeled as specifically reserved. There is no charge to park on campus. Please refer to the red circles on the map.
