The 2026 MPHA Annual Conference will be held at the Atwood Memorial Center, St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN and virtually on April 13 - 14, 2026.
Early Bird registration opens on January 14 and ends on February 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT. Additionally, to increase event access, MPHA will be offering a limited number of need-based scholarship to defray registration costs based on the amount of scholarship sponsors received.

The conference will run for two half days, approximately Monday, April 13, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and on Tuesday, April 14, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. A virtual component will also be available.
Venue Details
The events will be held at St. Cloud State University's Atwood Memorial Center, all on the main level in the Ballroom, Alumni Room, and Atwood Gallery. A nursing mother's room and prayer space are available.

Eligibility
MPHA is committed to ensuring that conference participants from priority populations including people of color and American Indians, LGBTQIA+ communities, persons with disabilities, and public health students attend and participate in our annual conference.
Based on the amount of scholarship fundraising, MPHA will have a limited number of scholarships for registration for attendees who identify themselves with one of these priority populations, or for those that have a special interest in advancing healthy equity in any one of these populations.
In addition, a limited number of scholarships are available to defray registration to support attendees traveling 100+ miles to attend the conference.

Applications are now being received on a rolling basis and awarded according to the donations in our scholarship fund.
Students: Many schools offer scholarships/grants to support your professional development. Please check if your school can assist with attending conference.
To fund a scholarship
The planning committee has developed a program that recognizes the need to engage many stakeholders to help address public health problems. With your support, we hope to provide need-based access to individuals who might not otherwise attend and participate in this conversation. Individuals are invited to make a contribution in any amount, and will receive recognition on the conference registration website, in the program, and in a letter to all attendees receiving a full or partial registration scholarship.
